Mushroom Mutter Masala

Ingredients 2 tablespoons oil 1 medium red onion, grated using the large side of the box grater 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, which you can also turn into powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, which you can also turn into powder 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika 1/2 teaspoon chili paprika 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 3 cups of green peas, fresh or frozen 2 cups of thickly sliced White Button mushrooms  Salt, to taste Preparation Heat the oil and add in the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and wait until the seeds begin to sizzle.  Add the grated onion and cook until the onion begins to turn softly golden. Add in the mushrooms and mix well. Stir in the salt,  powdered coriander, powdered cumin, sweet, chili and smoked paprika and the black pepper with the green peas and mix well. Cover and cook for five minutes. Bon Appétit
